2. Legal age for buying alcohol

This website is intended exclusively for people of legal drinking age, which is 18 years or older. By making a purchase, the user declares to be of legal age and in compliance with local legislation on the consumption of alcohol.

3. Products and Prices

The products offered on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice. Product prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Purchases and payments

All purchases made through the website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies or errors in the product description or price. Payments must be made using the accepted payment methods mentioned on the website.

5. Shipments and deliveries

Products will be delivered to the address provided during purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties or incorrect information provided by the customer.

After orders have been dispatched, if for any reason the customer does not receive confirmation of dispatch, they should contact Quinta de Santo António de Adorigo via the e-mail address below so that all available information on the dispatch of the order can be sent again.

All products sent by Quinta de Santo António de Adorigo must be checked upon delivery. If the customer finds that the parcel is damaged, they must immediately return it to the transport company, duly justify the reason for the return on the carrier’s delivery note and immediately notify Quinta de Santo António de Adorigo.

Quinta de Santo António de Adorigo is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the law does not allow alcoholic beverages. Customers are responsible for the possible seizure of their orders, as well as the payment of customs duties, if any. If products are returned, Quinta de Santo António de Adorigo will only refund the amount of the products. If you have any doubts, please contact Quinta de Santo António de Adorigo before placing your order.

6. Returns Policy

Quinta de Santo António de Adorigo recognises the right of all its customers to terminate their contracts with it, allowing them to return products purchased within 14 (fourteen) days under the terms of the Portuguese legal regime for distance and off-premises contracts (Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, amended by Law no. 47/2014 of 28 July and Decree-Law no. 78/2018 of 15 October).

We are committed to supplying high quality wines and your total satisfaction is our goal. The entire process, from the production of the wine itself to its distribution, is controlled in detail, ensuring that all our wines are presented and consumed in excellent condition.

7. Intellectual property

All the contents of this website, including texts, images, graphics and logos, are the property of Quinta de Santo António de Adorigo or its suppliers and are protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution or any other unauthorised use of this content is prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

If the user registers or provides their personal data through the website, they must ensure that the data provided at the time of registration or at any other time is correct and complete. The user undertakes to immediately notify any necessary changes to the information provided at the time of registration.
