Products will be delivered to the address provided during the purchase process. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by third parties or by incorrect information supplied by the customer.<\/p>

If, after dispatch, the customer does not receive the shipping confirmation for any reason, they must contact Quinta de Adorigo at the email address indicated below so that all available shipping information can be resent.<\/p>

All products shipped by Quinta de Adorigo must be checked upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, it must be returned immediately to the carrier, with the reason for the return duly stated on the carrier\u2019s delivery note, and Quinta de Adorigo must be notified without delay.<\/p>

Quinta de Adorigo accepts no responsibility for shipments to countries where local law does not permit the entry of alcoholic beverages. Customers are responsible for any seizure of their orders, as well as for payment of customs duties (and\/or any other related taxes, costs, and expenses), where applicable. In the event of product returns, Quinta de Adorigo will refund only the amount corresponding to the products themselves. In case of doubt, the customer may contact Quinta de Adorigo before ordering.<\/p>

If an order is returned by the carrier to Quinta de Adorigo due to the user\u2019s fault (including, without limitation, an incorrect shipping address or negligence in receiving the order), it will not be resent until a new delivery instruction is confirmed and paid. 7. Booking Procedure and General Conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

These general booking conditions form an integral part of the service agreement for booking services between the user and Quinta de Adorigo, concluded via the website or by other means.<\/p>

Bookings for experiences or other activities are made through the form provided on the website. The user must correctly complete the form referred to in the preceding paragraph and is fully responsible for the choices made and the information provided, which must be complete, true, and up to date. A booking is deemed concluded upon payment and is subject to confirmation by Quinta de Adorigo.<\/p>

If there is no availability for the requested date, Quinta de Adorigo will inform the user and provide alternative dates for the requested experience.<\/p>

Bookings are subject to change depending on weather conditions.<\/p>

Quinta de Adorigo reserves the right to cancel a booking prior to the user\u2019s scheduled arrival, with prior notice, in accordance with the law and these Terms and Conditions, in which case the user will be reimbursed for any payment already made. Any change to a booking (such as dates) is subject to the availability of Quinta de Adorigo and may entail a price change or the cancellation of the booking. Only cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be accepted and refunded. In the event of cancellation by the user (or by someone on their behalf) less than 48 hours prior to the event date, or in the event of a no-show, the user expressly agrees that they are not entitled to any refund of amounts paid.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Quinta de Adorigo recognises the right of all its customers to withdraw from contracts concluded with it, allowing the return, within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt, of purchased products, under the Portuguese legal regime for distance and off-premises contracts (Decree-Law no. 24\/2014 of 14 February, as amended by Law no. 47\/2014 of 28 July and Decree-Law no. 78\/2018 of 15 October).<\/p>

If the user exercises the right of withdrawal, Quinta de Adorigo will refund all payments received, including delivery costs\u2014except for any additional costs resulting from the user\u2019s choice of a different delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest standard option offered\u2014without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which Quinta de Adorigo was informed of the decision to withdraw, or in any of the circumstances provided for in the applicable legislation. In all cases, the refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the user for the initial transaction, unless the customer opts for a different method, in which case additional costs may apply. The costs of returning the goods, in the context of exercising the right of withdrawal by the consumer, shall be borne by the consumer.<\/p>

Quinta de Adorigo will make available, through the online store, the form for exercising the right of withdrawal, the use of which is optional for the consumer. If this option is used, we will promptly send, on a durable medium, an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal request.<\/p>

We are committed to supplying wines of high quality, and your complete satisfaction is our goal. The entire process\u2014from wine production to distribution\u2014is closely controlled, ensuring that all our wines are presented and consumed in excellent condition.<\/p>

If the purchased product(s) do not comply with the foregoing and are therefore non-conforming with what was advertised by Quinta de Adorigo, the user shall have, within three (3) years from delivery and subject to the conditions and limitations set out in Decree-Law no. 84\/2021 of 18 October, the right to have conformity restored, to a proportionate price reduction, or to termination of the contract, as applicable.
